Thomas D. Dillard, Jr. is an experienced litigator whose practice includes federal and state trial and appellate work across a broad range of civil matters. His experience includes civil rights defense, municipal liability, police misconduct defense, prosecutorial and judicial liability, conditions of confinement, Title VII and ADA claims, eminent domain, First Amendment litigation, government contract disputes, educational rights, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, and insurance defense. He has also served as a State Bar of Nevada fee dispute mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Dillard is deeply experienced in both trial and appellate advocacy, with extensive appearances before Nevada and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
