Mr. Olson is a Nevada-based attorney whose practice focuses on legal and professional malpractice, construction defect litigation, products liability, complex litigation, and appellate advocacy. He has extensive experience handling matters ranging from smaller disputes to high-exposure, complex cases, and plays an active role in case management and litigation strategy within the firm. A native of Las Vegas, he began his legal career as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Nevada and has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 1974. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
