Born and raised in Las Vegas, Daniela LaBounty received her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2013, where she was the Special Assignments Editor to the Nevada Law Journal and earned a CALI Award for Excellence for her work as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic. Ms. LaBounty earned her Bachelors of Science in International Business with a minor in Spanish, summa cum laude, from the University of San Francisco in 2010. Prior to joining Olson, Cannon, Gormley, Angulo & Stoberski, Ms. LaBounty specialized in representing Fortune 500 companies in premises liability matters. Ms. LaBounty is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. She volunteers with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, providing pro bono representation to victims of persecution seeking asylum. She has been recognized by LACSN for contributing more than 50 hours of pro bono service in 2016 and 2017. Additionally she has been recognized as a Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015, 2016, and 2017. She is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, Las Vegas Defense Lawyers, and Latino Bar Association. She is fluent in Spanish.
